Commercial electric bratt pans

In commercial electric bratt pans Orest of the EFP series there is used a highly efficient three - layer bowl bottom design with a total thickness of 15 mm. 
This solution makes it possible to distribute thermal energy from tubular heating elements directly to the working surface very efficiently and evenly. 

 

  • the first layer - working surface (stainless steel 2 mm), low susceptibility to wear and heating distortion deformation
  • second layer (thermo-layer) medium - steel heat-conducting plate 10 mm thick
  • the third (thermo-layer, base) - 3 mm stainless steel sheet


Otherwise, Orest industrial bratt pans differ by the availability or lack of a bowl tilting mechanism and dimensions.
