Hoods of stainless steel

    This is the necessary equipment of any professional kitchen. Range hoods will help to remove such problems as smoke, fuliginosity, fatty deposits on walls and heat removal from thermal equipment. The most effective use of the range hood is together with well-designed forced ventilation system.

Range hoods are manufactured of stainless steel and equipped with fat catch labyrinth filter cassettes (are outside the scope of supply) as well as highlighting (is outside the scope of supply). Range hood height is 350 mm.

The following rules should be followed while selection of range hoods: range hoods dimensions (length – width) shall be more than equipment dimensions on 200 mm. The maximum height of the range hood installation is 2100 mm from the floor level.


Ventilation range hoods are designed for air filtration from grease, oil and water steam. Ventilation hoods are equipped in exhaust system of ventilation at public catering establishments above any type of thermal equipment.

Heated air loaded with pollutant vapors is inhausted through the hood, passes through the labyrinth filter and after hitting the surface it is condensed in hermetically sealed exhaust pipeline in which it runs to the storage connector equipped in the bottom part of the body.

Labyrinth filters and connector plugs are dismountable and that is why they are easy-to-remove from the ventilation hood and to clean.
