  These steam tables enable to arrange continuous process of dishes serving without any need of its additional heating. Steam tables also perform functions of display cases and demonstrate all the assortment of offered dishes to the clients. Gastronorm containers with products that are dedicated for serving are installed in the bath where water heated by the heating elements is poured.
