Cooking line Orest 700 Orest BMU-0.8(700)

Bain-marie of the BMU series is used as an additional element of the Orest 700 cooking line for storing the first and / or second courses ready to serve in gastronorm containers.


The heating of gastronorm containers is carried out by steam-water method.
 

• working bowl standard - 1 GN-2/1 (530x650 mm)
• water heating with dry type heating elements - not affected by scale and corrosion
• installation of gastronorms containers up to 150 mm in depth is allowed
• protection of underfilling / water overflow
• set of water by simply pressing a button
• draining water through the faucet at the bottom part
• ventilated backsplash 200 mm high
